The Weight Of Normal

A record about pressure, perspective and trying to understand what “normal” is supposed to feel like.

These songs sit a bit quieter, but they go deeper. Less reacting, more reflecting. It’s about noticing the patterns, the noise, and figuring out which parts are actually yours.

1. This Is Not Normal - There’s a point where you realise the way things feel isn’t something you have to accept. This is that moment. Naming it for what it is.

2. Echo Chamber - When everything around you starts to sound the same, it’s hard to tell what you actually think. This is me trying to separate my voice from everything bouncing back at me.

3. We Don’t Know How To Save The World - There’s so much pressure to care about everything all at once. This is about feeling that weight and not always knowing what to do with it.

4. We Still Breathe - Even when everything feels heavy, something in you keeps going. This is the quiet reminder that you’re still here, even if nothing’s resolved yet.
